What is your refund policy?

All Sales Are Final. No refunds or exchanges.

Most of our products are not massed produced, some are hand-made and offered in limited quantities; therefore, we do not give refunds or exchanges at this time.

Please double check sizes, colors and quantities at checkout to be sure everything is correct. Orders can not be changed or canceled once order is processed.

Use size charts if provided and/or measurements given when applicable. Always size up when in between sizes or unsure of how much fabric may shrink after washing.

What if my order is incorrect?

If an order is incorrect because of an error we made only, we will gladly correct it. Please email us with order number, name, and reason within 7 days of delivery to info@lucidcats.com

Please keep in mind that colors, shapes and sizes may vary due to differences in display screens and manufacturing methods. We can not guarantee colors will look exactly the same in person or that 2 of the same items will be an exact match.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed and shipped from Florida within 10 business days of being placed. Once orders are shipped by us, the actual delivery times will vary depending on which option you selected for shipping. This can not be changed after order placed and we can not assist with any shipping delays; therefore, you will need to contact USPS with the tracking number associated with the order for any issues. We do not offer expedited/express shipping at this time; however, we do our best to ship orders as soon as possible. All orders include tracking.

We do not ship outside the USA or APO/FPO/DPO at this time.

Our business days are Monday-Friday with the exception of holidays.

What if my package or item is damaged or missing?

Lost, stolen and damaged packages from shipping need to be handled through USPS, who is the shipping provider, as we are not responsible once order is shipped. All orders include tracking and insurance. Please take photos and keep all packaging until you resolve issue with USPS.

If you believe an item was damaged prior to shipping, please take photos and email them along with order number, name, and reason within 7 days of delivery to info@lucidcats.com

Packages that are undeliverable or returned to sender due to incorrect address given will be charged full shipping price again to reship. Please make sure the shipping address is the correct one during checkout.

Made to order items

We have various made to order products available, that are identified as such, within item description. These items are printed and shipped individually by an outside business. Due to this, we do not offer combined shipping on these nor can we guarantee shipping time. Most items do ship within 2 weeks time.

These items are not refundable due to it being made to order and comes from another business. If there is any issues, please contact us via email and we will try to assist you as best we can.

3d printed items

We offer an ever-growing selection of products created through the process of 3D printing. These items are printed exclusively by us using PLA or PETG filaments on Bambu printers. These filaments are made from renewable sourced polymers, such as cornstarch and sugarcane. This type of material can be recycled or composted under specific conditions and is considered to be better for the environment over traditional plastics. Lucid Cats handles filament waste responsibly by recycling and reusing.

We selected this material based on it’s wide-range of uses, lower costs, supply manufactures located within the US, and overall better for the environment. Although not a perfect material, we felt it was a better option for creating products that would be more affordable to a larger range of customers.

Some items are designs of Lucid Cats and others are items we are legally authorized to print and sell by the original designers. We do NOT sell commercially licensed products without legal rights to do so. The current list of our designers are:

These designers work hard at creating beautiful designs that small businesses like ours can print and sell to our customers. This method allows their art to be shared and enjoyed around the world while supporting their lively hoods—doing what they love! By purchasing from us, it makes it possible for us to continue supporting them.

3D printed items purchased are non-refundable; however, if there is an issue with your items, contact us within the refund policy guidelines as shown above. We limit the size of our smallest items and test handle all prints to ensure they should not break with normal use. We also package using extra material to prevent damage during shipping. It is important that items be handled with care and kept out of direct heat and sun to prevent damage. We do not recommend use by young children or any child without supervision. Many items contain small parts that can be a choking hazard.

3D prints are made with a good quality, light weight filament. We do our best to follow designer’s recommended print settings and make adjustments as needed to ensure you receive a high quality finished piece. It is normal for fine lines, seams, and other small imperfections to be seen on 3D printed products. We do not sell anything that is considered damaged or a misfit on our website at this time.
